Just back from the Permagon Museum and what a feast for the eyes. Not just seeing these amazing sculptures but the scale insitu is just mind boggling. It was good to be able to take pictures with no flash as a memory of the time there. My poor old feet and back are feeling it after so much walking since I have been here - stairs and more stairs...........
The top picture is from a wall frieze and I really liked the conglomeration and detail of imagery. The bottom picture is inside the museum and yes I did walk up and down all those stairs.
